About Us

Nursing has its origin in fundamental and universal health needs. One of the most common health needs of people is care – care that provides comfort and support in times of sickness. This care is the primary component of nursing in every part of the world, and one which has been practiced since time immemorial. It has been truly saying that if the “first doctor was the first man; the first nurse was the first mother”. The maternal instincts have been the main source of the nursing impulse. Like medicine, nursing is both a science and an art. Nursing science is an organized body of knowledge and the art of nursing is the application of that knowledge for the “CARE OF THE PEOPLE”, both in sickness and health. Our Institution has been affiliated with four hospitals, names of the hospitals and details are enclosed.
