INFRASTRUCTURE

The College which is planned exclusively for nursing education, boasts of independent and elegant buildings for academic and hostel purposes, which depict architectural excellence both in aesthetics and space utilization. The infrastructure includes unique facilities that provide a conducive atmosphere for a good learning and living experience.

The college building contains a well furnished Principal’s suite, Vice-Principal’s office, administrative wing, faculty rooms, spacious nine lecture halls, a conference room a well stocked library with a large collection of books, and an extension to the hostel, journals and internet facilities and Xeroxing facility, a records room, audiovisual aids room, an auditorium with a capacity of 250 and a string of well equipped laboratories for pre-clinical training of practical skills in the subjects – Nursing foundations, Medical surgical nursing, Anatomy, Nutrition, Child health Nursing, Community health nursing and Obstetrics and Midwifery. Besides these the college also has well utilized computer laboratory with 20 computers and facilities for improving English language skills. A sports ground, indoor games facilities, and three college buses to transport students from the hostel to clinical areas outside the campus and back.
